The 2017 NFL season has just ended seeing the Eagles beating the Patriots in route to their first ever Lombardi Trophy and Super Bowl win, a 41-33 victory by the Eagles who were led by backup quarterback and Super Bowl MVP, Nick Foles. It was truly a good year in Philadelphia as Eagles fans everywhere are rejoicing at their team's first Super Bowl win.

However, it was not a good year in Cincinnati as the Bengals finished 7-9 and finally forced owner, Mike Brown's, hand in regards to his head coaching position. Mike Brown ended up firing longtime Bengals' head coach', Marvin Lewis, and would go on to hire a totally unproven head coach in Robert Osmond just as the NFL offseason is set to begin.

Meet Bengals' New Head Coach, Robert Osmond

Robert Osmond known to be a master motivator comes to Cincinnati from the University of Pittsburgh where he was the team's offensive coordinator. Osmond has already started he will run a run balanced offensive scheme and a base 4-3 defensive scheme and stated he plans on changing the culture in the Cincinnati locker room. Osmond, "For too long Cincinnati has dealt with players who have a negative reputation around the league for whatever reason that may be. I aim to change that and the entire culture and mindset here in Cincinnati. My intent is to build a lasting winner out of this Bengals organization." In a shocking announcement it was further stated that Robert Osmond will also serve as the Bengals' general manager.

Bengals trade ROLB V. Burfict to the Titans for WR T. Sharpe, 2018 5th Round Pick, and 2019 5th Round Pick.
