Recruiting: I limit myself to 18 signings per year. I know sometimes there are some recruits that will "sign" without you actually offering them, but I will only have 18 offers that I send out

Depth Chart: I will put out a 2 deep depth chart. Players will only appear on the depth chart at the position they are listed as. This creates more chances for underclassmen to play and will result in less redshirts

Redshirts: If a freshman is able to feature on the 2 deep, he will not be redshirt

Players Leaving Early: If a player is projected to be a 3rd round pick or better, I cannot convince him to stay
