Re: Smoky Mountain State University V2 | Teambuilder Dynasty (NCAA 14)
2020 Signing Day National Signing Day 2020 was finally here. Days like these are a culmination of a lot of hard work from everyone; coaches, players, personnel staff, university faculty, etc. We had already lined up a fantastic Signing Class that was ranked #23 going into Signing Day. We all knew we probably wouldn't stay in the Top 25 due to not having any 4 Stars. However, we had a great chance of landing the top ranked class in the conference and one of the top Group-5 classes in the country. So today, we waited on word from our final 3 targets on which school they would attend for the next 4 years... And we got all 3. 3* K, Matt Baker | 80 Ovr 6'3", 182 lbs. | Bristol, PA 69 Speed | 69 Acceleration | 86 Kick Power | 76 Kick Accuracy Recruiting Info: Matt Baker is a 6'3", 182 lbs. Kicker recruit from Bristol, PA. We identified Baker a little late in the process which culminated in him taking his Official Visit Week 15... When we had a Bye Week. I don't ever have recruits visit on Bye Weeks, but we felt we had to get Baker on campus to have a shot. Sure enough, that paid off as he signed with us today. Future Outlook: Matt Baker is our Kicker. Tyler Livingston will move to punter as Christian Brooks is transferring as a grad student so he'll be available immediately. We expect big things from Baker over the next 4 years. 3* TE, Todd Hart | 66 Ovr 6'4", 232 lbs. | Grosse Ile, MI 80 Speed | 90 Acceleration | 70 Strength | 76 Catching | 71 Spectacular Catch | 68 Catch In Traffic | 77 Route Running | 63 Pass Block | 65 Run Block Recruiting Info: Todd Hart is a 6'4", 232 lbs. Tight End recruit from Grosse Ile, MI. Hart was yet another recruit that flew under the radar and we were able to get him without much competition. We really needed a TE in this class and we think we got a great one in Hart. Future Outlook: Hart is 100% being redshirted next year. We'll be fine with Joe Bush starting for us and Jaron Eaton as the lone backup since we don't use our TE's too much. But when you have receiving threats like Joe Bush and now Todd Hart, they're really going to make it hard for us to keep them off the field. 3* OLB, Steven Williamson | 68 Ovr 6'4", 237 lbs. | Raceland, LA 82 Speed | 79 Acceleration | 76 Strength | 77 Tackle | 68 Hit Power | 69 Block Shed | 69 Pursuit | 69 Play Recognition | 66 Man Coverage | 64 Zone Coverage Recruiting Info: Steven Williamson is a 6'4", 237 lbs. Outside Linebacker recruit from Raceland, LA. Williamson was a HUGE recruiting feat for us as a staff and a program. We were locked in a tight recruiting battle with NC State... And we managed to get him to sign with us today. The fact we beat out an ACC school in a close recruiting battle is just unreal to me. Really says a lot about our staff and the vision we have for this program that Williamson decided to sign with us. Future Outlook: Williamson is going to be redshirted this year so he can continue to develop his fundamentals. His athleticism is absolutely top notch, so we're not concerned about that by any stretch. We would just like him to develop a bit more before he starts seeing playing time. However, when he does get playing time, this is a guy who can be a really good player for us in the future. Since we landed these 3 commitments today, we signed a full 25 man Signing Class. Thanks to that, we signed the #38 Class in the Country which is good for the 2nd highest ranked Signing Class in the history of Conference USA... 2nd only to our 2018 Signing Class! With these 25 signees to go along with last year's class, we have set the foundation for what will hopefully be unprecedented success in the coming years for our young program.

Something is wrong with your bowl lineup. I don't even see Bosie State.
Landing Barr is probably your best signing. Having a good kicker on a avg team gives you the opportunity to score some points.. With the kind of #'s Amos put up are you going to keep him as your starter, or does the new recruit cut into his PT.
