Starting in the 2002 offseason, there's a new GM in town for the glorious 1-15 Panthers, a team that should have had the top overall pick, if it wasn't for those pesky expansion Texans. The league has moved to 32 teams, a fourth division was created, and Carolina, previously of the NFC West, has found a new home in the newly-formed NFC South.

In this franchise most, if not all, games will be simmed as I want to focus on offseason team building. To try to keep things balanced in the draft, and the league, gonna enforce the following rules:

• Day one picks (1st rounders) - Can only be picked within 5 spots of their original draft position.
• Day two picks (2nd and 3rd rounders) - Must be within 10 spots of their original draft position.
• Day three picks (4th to 7th) - Just has to be in the same round.
• Trades - All trading (minus draft trade ups) will go through the trade block.
