What is a media dynasty?
We all know Madden franchises can get stale, as the game by itself doesn't do a great job of capturing the storylines of an NFL season. With this dynasty, I'm trying to break the monotony by focusing on the people writing stories almost as much as those they're writing about.

There will be a number of media outlets and writers that will make appearances through the season. Each outlet and writer will have a specific tone and focus - some cater to the casual fan, while others dive deep on roster building and X's and O's.

I'll be playing as the Bills with a focus on realism. I'll also make moves across the league when I feel they make sense and a shake up is needed (as we know, Madden isn't great at this naturally). I've made an Excel random events generator to help the league feel more dynamic as well.

Difficulty: All-Madden, Sabo Revival Mod
Quarter Length: 12 minutes
Other notes: T-Dawg's Progression Tool, no training
Passive 32 team control (Autopilot in-season, guided offseason)

WBIL 105.5 is Buffalo's home for sports radio. It also serves as the flagship carrier of Buffalo Bills games on FM radio. WBIL's schedule includes pre-game panels, post-game call-in shows, and syndicated ESPN programming. The most popular program on WBIL is afternoon drive time show "Billy and the Buffalo."

As with most print news, the Chronicle has been struggling, and many of their sportswriters have been bought out or laid off (many of those same writers are now at The Sportsman). Despite this, their remaining staff are well-seasoned veterans who covered this team through the drought to their current success.

Inspired by local TV news

Sports Anchor Hannah Posner leads Eyewitness Buffalo's sports desk, your average Buffalonian's main source of Bills news. In addition to the nightly news, the network produces a pre-game panel show featuring Bills journalists from a number of outlets.
