I've finally taken the first real steps...

I applied to be a manager in a local sunday league football league.

I've started applying for USSF coaching badges.

Last time I played I was getting trounced by Watford 3-0 away using Arsenal. Haven't felt the urge to play since.

I need a new save idea. After my shock promotion and subsequent relegation, I lost interest in my Worcester save.

Was thinking about firing up a Newcastle save. Haven't done that yet this year.

But there's that whole working for a virtual Mike Ashley thing.

Try a league you've never played in that has different/interesting things.

E.g. In the Finnish league, the first round of the Finnish League Cup is a group stage in preseason. A bit more interesting than your regular preseason.

Ha, I'm wrapping my first season at Arsenal, doing my best to bottle the league....had a 91' goal from Welbeck disallowed, 1-1 draw. Spuds are 1 point back now.

But, in other news...


UCL Semi-Final, up 5-1 heading back to the Camp Nou. I like my chances but admittedly still nervous, lol.
