How do you get a scouting report on a player that you've already received some info but no report?

It says go the scouting option and order a scout to get a report but I have not figured out how to do it.

Go to the player's main screen. Then go to Scouting>Get Report> Then you have options Report Card Only, or scout for 1-3 games. Your board must also allow scouting of the nation the player is currently in. If the option is not available, you cannot scout the player.
