Two questions for ps4 franchise users

1. I am using 30 team control for the first time because I read young prospects were being signed by the cpu teams for cheap long term deals. When I simmed ahead a year I didn't see that happening. Has anybody else seen it in their franchise?

2. My team is set to rebuilding trade strategy. How do I change that?
