    Scouting Reports

For nostalgic purposes, I decided to put in All Star baseball 2004 and remembered how incredible the scouting reports were for prospects as I simulated to draft day.

The Show is definitely on the right track with the way they are differentiating each scout. To take it a step further, each scout from other teams should have subjective views on each prospect (2 to 8 scale). For instance, lets say you are the Angels.

    Scout 1 (Reds)

    Name: Joe Random- SS

    Power
    Now: 3
    Future: 5

    Hitting:
    Now: 4
    Future: 4

    Defense:
    Now: 6
    Future: 7

    etc.

Now, you see that your scout gives the following observation

    Power
    Now: 5
    Future: 5

    Hitting:
    Now: 5
    Future: 6

    Defense:
    Now: 5
    Future: 6

This would truly add a new dimension to draft day. I mean, you would have to truly do your HW on each prospect. Also, each report should have notes from your scout such as "Random is an MLB ready defender" or "Raw power, but needs to work on pitch recognition." Im excited to see what 15 has to offer.
