Re: Legends of the Show 15...
How can you make 2 full 25 man teams out of only 30 legends?Since there are 30 legends, I think it would be awesome if they chose them in a way to make 2 full 25 man teams out of them. So we can play a game with AL Legends vs NL Legends. I would love that considering I don't play DD and I'm not interested using legends in Franchise.
Has this been mentioned to be included?Playstation Network:That70s_Gamer

Re: Legends of the Show 15...
I think while Carew is a legend for two teams, he would end up the Angels one while there are two other great choices for the Twins.Dodgers: I would take Drysdale, Koufax or Herschiser over Fernando V.
Angels: I really liked Brian Downing, Can't go wrong with Finley though
Mets: Tom Seaver
Braves; Love Aaron, but also would love to see Warren Spahn
Astros: Bagwell/Biggio, flip a coin here
Twins: Rod CarewComment

Re: Legends of the Show 15...
I am not a smart man.
That being said, I think 2 15-man teams could still work for exhibitions. Just use the other starters as relievers, since I cant imagine there will be many relievers picked as the legends.Comment

Re: Legends of the Show 15...
I would love to see Bonds added for the Giants, although the I think the chances are slim. I'm guessing they go with Mays

Re: Legends of the Show 15...
Bonds won't happen for either one of these 3 reasons.
1. SCEA doesn't even ask him (the most likely).
2. He flat says no.
3. He asks for way too much $$$.Comment

Re: Legends of the Show 15...
I know that's how he used to be, but I feel like Bonds has come around more and wants to be involved with baseball as much as he can and be on people's good side. I think if he was asked he would do it.

Re: Legends of the Show 15...
Barry Bonds is a legend and holds the two major HR records in all of baseball(single season & career). Needs to be acknowledged for his accomplishments regardless of anything else. Whether you like him or not he was one of the most exciting players in baseball history when the pitchers weren't walking him. I don't agree with performance enhancements.. but MLB never stopped him or caught him during the seasons he played.
Mays is a legend as well.. I just prefer Bonds(grew up watching him). Not saying either one is better than the other. If asked, Bonds would never turn down being in a baseball video game at this point. He needs any kind of positive exposure badly.Comment

Really? You have been on the Barry Bonds train since this thread started. And you have countlessly said that Bonds is better than Mays.Barry Bonds is a legend and holds the two major HR records in all of baseball(single season & career). Quote number 1:
yeah he is the legend of all legends right now & as great a Mays was he is not that.
We can all agree the Hank Aaron is better than Willie Mays, right?. And you said this about Bonds and Aaron: And yes, Hank Aaron is one of the greatest.. but he is not Bonds. Both are in this thread so you can go back and read for yourself.Comment
