    Potential vs Performance

It was a bit late last night, when I started with mlb 15, experienced player.

I swear somewhere there was a setting for telling it not change potential based on how the player is playing, and I set it to just that, not change it. I do remember in 14 that the actual attributes would change based on how he is currently performing, maybe the potential didn't change then and I am just imagining all this, but I think it did?

I think that was a mistake and want to undo it. Have started a new franchise but cannot find this setting to save my life. Did I dream it? Is there such a setting. If so, where in the world is it?

I created a player and imported him into my team. Has zero on all attribute sliders, but a potential of 99. This seems ridiculous of course, and is adding to my confusion abut the entire thing.

I can edit his 99 potential, but I thought the software edited potential based on attributes. Right now it seems I did something to turn that aspect off.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks, from Confused.
