The one line I hope goes away is on a lot of 2-1 counts, Matt always says, "and here's something we've seen a lot of, he's worked himself into another good hitters count." Drives me nuts, especially since I'm a work the count guy, and see a 2-1 count almost every rtts game, and hear the line every rtts game.

Re: What do you hope to see in Thursdays stream?
First I've heard of it, but not a bad idea. It'd also be cool if there was a customization menu where you could go in and turn specific scenes on/off for hybrid.
Do you have a source for that info?Comment

I hope I can make it across the border. I hope to see my friend and shake his hand. I hope the Pacific is as blue as it has been in my dreams. I hope...
Wait a minute...
I just hope that it kicks the pants off previous versions..that's all I ever hope..Comment

Re: What do you hope to see in Thursdays stream?
Hopefully there's more than one per team, otherwise seeing the same thing every game might get tiresome. One is still better than none though.
Aside from some of things already mentioned, i hope to see more fan presentations, fans cheering, fans doing the wave, even simple camera pans of fans in their seats.
Please do not have fans doing the wave lol. The last thing we need is for more people to be at a baseball game trying to start the wave while a baseball game is going on. If they do add it...don't add it to Giants games because it isn't a welcome site at AT&T park. But I'll take the fans cheering and other presentations [emoji1362]

Re: What do you hope to see in Thursdays stream?
That is exactly what I am thinking. Hybrid will be a mix of long and short walkups (as it is now) and Broadcast will be all longer walkups. I want the long walkups so my SOTS walkup music can play. I don't button mash like others do so I can get the most out of presentation as I can. I hope this new presentation gives us that back. A few years ago, they would show longer in between innings animations as the players run off the field in between innings. This would also allow the SOTS innings music to play which I really liked. If you didn't want to wait, you could just hit X.I just want to find out what hybrid presentation is. So curious.
Pure speculation (not a wish or anything): I'm guessing hybrid is what broadcast is now, and broadcast is going to be the NEW broadcast, with longer games and unskippable scenes.
That'd be cool. I'd use hybrid with the odd broadcast sprinkled rarely throughout the year and more often during the playoffs if that were the case.Comment

Re: What do you hope to see in Thursdays stream?
Im hoping all music is part of SOTS. I didn't like the music cues that occurred between outs and other times that couldn't be turned off except for zeroing the music. It would stink to get SOTS back and be diluted by other default music.Comment

Re: What do you hope to see in Thursdays stream?
One of the streams pretty much gave it away already.
EDIT: I see this was already addressed. Yeah, in one frame the Hybrid setting is clearly detailed, it remembers the stuff you skip through.Last edited by Turbojugend; 02-22-2016, 02:24 PM.www.heyimbill.com | sports poster art and other cool stuffComment

I am looking forward to hearing about the multi pronged presentation approach with the different score bugs. I like the diversity potential.“The saddest part of life is when someone who gave you your best memories becomes a memory”Comment

Re: What do you hope to see in Thursdays stream?
Yea it's not a welcome site to authentic Giants fans. I know they do it some other places but we're so anti-wave even some of our broadcasters and radio hosts bring up the fact that people should not be doing the wave at AT&T park during a game. Now what would be funny if the game showed some people trying to start the wave and others around them telling them no! Lol [emoji23][emoji23]

I don't think it is in this year, but the one presentational thing I'd want is a slight delay on the camera cut from the batter to fielder on balls in play while in broadcast view. Even just long enough to see the follow through is enough, doesn't need to be perfectly realistic to TV broadcasts. I'd sacrifice some auto fielding if this was an option for when I wanted to play in a true broadcast presentation.Comment
