DRAFTING IN FRANCHISE MODE. Regarding the drafting in Franchise. I have not started a franchise yet but was wondering do International players come through the draft with foreign countries of birth? And do the International players have believable name and not generic name like Mike Smith for a player from Peurto Rico? Are there Japanese players in the draft? I'm guessing no.

I am running an online franchise with my two buddies and we have no idea how to simulate games. It just says simulation queued. We set it to Manual so it's not like we have to wait a few days. This is really frustrating and I would appreciate your help.

Is there is there any reason that my XP says 1? I am currently almost through 20 but for some reason it's only listing as one.

Is it worth to make the jump to '16? I have '15 and I played all 162 games last year with my Angels franchise. I made a lot of moves to make the roster and farm system pretty legit (which it ain't IRL). I'm 40 games into my '16 season on '15 and I just want to know is it worth to drop the $60 on this year's version.


Really these are the only things that bug me about '15
- Too many double plays
- AI does not play sacrifice bunts correctly
- Sacrifice bunts are not statistically scored correctly
- Off-speed stuff seems over powered
- Variety of hits could be better, don't see many bloop singles


Other than that I am good with '15.

Does anyone know if on check swings where the umpire at first or third has to review the swing if the pitcher points with the catcher to that umpire? Does it appear like in real life? I never notice that for some reason. I notice the catcher pointing over, but never see the pitcher pointing over as well.

Way too many double plays, been like that for years 16 is no different.

Hit variety is for sure better, unless you have a runner on first..

Can you edit the colour of the padding on catcher's masks this year on ps4? Or are we still stuck with the base brown/tan colour?

No you cannot edit them but most (all?) are now TC1, so no more tan that I've seen. Unfortunately there's still some inconsistency with the cages, however. Tigers' for instance is white when it should be blue. Oh well. Still better than it was.

Nah. I just drop the extra money for rosters / minor features. I wish there were some competition to challenge The Show.

I really want to buy the game, but the amount of bugs reported here just scares me. I'm playing 15, just trying to get the platinum trophy (only 3 trophies left, the hardest ones lol), but I'm definitely more interested in baseball this year than ever before, 16 is tempting...



So, i would want to know if the game is worth buying right now, or if i should wait until/if the problems are solved.

Anyone know any fix/sliders what will help with hits down the line? All my hits have ended up in only singles. Same with CPU hitting.
