I'm missing everything. Preordered HOF from GameStop. Also no code on the receipt. I was able to download my themes but it won't let me use them. I haven't been able to connect to the server and have gotten 0 stubs and 0 packs so far.

I'm in Europe and also only got 3 standard packs from my Digital Deluxe preorder.

I can't find any of my packs.
I got the MVP edition. This sucks.

You have to redeem them in The Show Shop. They aren't in the pack screen until you redeem them.

Still only got the three packs instead of 30, hope it's sorted soon. Looks like it is indeed an issued with the European version.

Hmm..finally able to redeem some preorder benefits. Only weird thing for me is, I pre-ordered the standard edition on the PSN store. Which I was under the impression the only bonus for pre ordering was 11,000 stubs. In turn, I got 10 standard packs and the rookie Griffey card, but no extra stubs.

It then seems as though I have to purchase the 11,000 stubs. Am I missing something here? If not, I'm curious as to who I would contact for such a thing?

Another European with the same problem as the rest of you. Three standard packs instead of the three 10 pack bundles. I really hope they fix it soon.

Has anyone got any news about this European Digital Deluxe issue? Hopefully we'll still be to get our missing 27 packs
