Observation on CPU shifting and shifting with runners on

I think that cpu shifts are marginally improved this year, but definitely need some tweaking still. The fact that teams stop playing them with runners on really bugs me, as does HR saying teams like the Astros shift more than other teams but they just shift as much (or as little) as any other team you play.

I usually go in and adjust the CPUs shifts, mind you, but they get mangled with runners on, in that certain infielders won't move to where they should if runners are on bases nearby. This affects my shifts too, of course. It essentially forces you to abandon shifting when runners are on base, which is frustrating. Sometimes it might work but generally the shift really looks screwy when runners are on.

No real reason or rhyme to my post, other than to express my discontent with how the shifting is implemented. It's improved, and I've even seen the CPU shift situationally this year, but I wish it would be designed so you could still shift effectively when runners are present.
