    Hitting view that you use?

Usually I use the show 16 hitting camera. But I started messing about with it, and gotta say that the retro hitting camera view is really nice. Gives great prospectives for balls and strikes, particularly balls.

The retro cam really allows the player to see the strike zone, and the immediate change from being buckled at the knee by a curve that's just a bit too low,

I know we all have our favorite, but just give it a shot the next time you play a moment (you can check them all out without it affecting a real game)

I was curious what hitting view is most widely used by players here, and if you did try retro do you feel the same way about is I do. I'm not sure if I'd use it in a real game yet... But I'm going to sure as hell try out the rest to see if there's anything time been missing when I'm at the plate.

I would LIKE to use a real hitting view, from the batter's perspective. Right now I'm using 16.

I use the Wide batting camera. Have been for quite a while now.

I miss the old days of Operation Sports :(

Custom setting based on fisheye 2.
Lowered the cam a bit (better for spotting low balls) and zoomed in ‘till the chalkline.

Turn runner windows off and it’s a thing of beauty.

What's the difference between fish eye and fish eye 2?

I was using Strike Zone 3 and loving it but had to nerf the pitch speed to get good contact on fastballs. I am now in the process of trialling retro and the show 15 which allow me to use default pitch speed and make good contact on fastballs. I agree retro is great for picking up balls out of the strike zone however I seem to be making better contact with the Show 15.

I use '16's batting view but I wish there was a way to move the batter around in the batter's box. Before The Show the only baseball game I played was Triple Play/MVP Baseball until they changed it to college baseball.

From that I went to Major League Baseball on the PS3 then I stopped playing baseball altogether.

That does look pretty sweet! I may have to try that!

I use retro about 95% of the time as I also tried wide, MLB 15 and 16. I end up going back to retro as I have the most success with it.

I made a custom camera I really like. Didn't care for any of the others.

Strike zone or strike zone high.

I started using these last year and it’s the best way for me to recognize pitches
