...and I'm going to move my team every year, and hold every city hostage until I have a stadium full of luxury skybox club seating, an air-conditioned parking lot and Steakdogs and Dom Pérignon at all concession stands.

Does anyone know how much control you have over the stadium appearance once you've moved cities? If I want the Expos to play at their real ball park, how close can I get it to looking like that?

Unfortunately there’s nothing you can do to edit Stadium appearances. You have to choose from one of the MLB stadiums, classic stadiums, and minor league stadiums. All the MLB ones and most of the classic ones will have the real life team’s branding still on it, minor league parks are the only way to avoid that.

Not a confirmed no but as far we know it’s not. I don’t think there’s much reason to have hope that it is in. They haven’t added to the classic stadiums lately other then shifting the old ones already in game like for the Braves and Rangers over to the classic section with the new ones taking their places with the current MLB stadiums.

Adding more classic stadiums probably isn’t much of a priority for them.

True and Toronto and Montreal would be the next best rivalry in baseball (second to NYY/BOS) so they would have to be in the same division. If we could re-align divisions in this game, I think swapping Toronto and Montreal/Tampa with Philadelphia and Miami would be ideal. Something like that.

Not sure I'll be able to take time away from my Phillies franchise since I can now start it on the 13th, but if I do it will be moving the Rays to Portland, OR.
