Fielding meter doesn’t move.

No matter what difficulty I have the game at, the fielding meter never moves no matter what position I’m throwing from. I get it perfect every throw.

Am I missing a setting to turn on the moving fielding meter to make fielding harder?

I realized it doesn’t move(much easier to use) if you have fielding aid turned “on”. If you turn it off then the meter will move. Not sure if that is an implemented feature but now I can’t use the catcher API and the new fielding meter at the same time.

ok... so it's not just me. I won't turn Fielding Aid off because I like the catcher calling pitches. But yes, started franchise and throwing is almost TOO easy.

I turned Fielding Aid off in Franchise and now the meter moves (and is very difficult to get used to) but now your catcher can't call pitches. . .
hopefully they patch this.

It’s still there but under fielding aids.
