rid program that may have appeared after updating PS4

Just fired up the old PS4 yesterday, to get back into a MLB The Show Classic game. Today when I got on my PC there was a new icon on my Desktop 'Live bet the game, down to the Pitch'. I went the usual route to rid it on my PC ex Start/Settings/Apps/Apps and Features/select program to click 'uninstall' - however the only thing that had a date from yesterday attached was just 'Google Chrome' (I take it because it was used).
There was no selection for the 'Live bet'... I then went to the icon on desktop and R click/Properties/Security (box atop)/Advanced/ then denied any permissions
With that done I still cannot rid the 'Live bet' icon on my Desktop and am not sure if I got rid of any access/permissions to allow anyone to use... I simply wish to rid the program and not sure what I did to allow this to happen. I did have to 'sign in' (or did I) to the PS platform yesterday after the updates were in installed. Any help greatly appreciated
