Re: MLB 09 The Show Demo Available, Post Impressions Here
1st timer here guys..
Until I get a chance in the cage in the retail version, I've been letting the computer do its thing. I'm fairly new to this compared to most of you. ( Great forum btw!, lots of good reading from the diehards)
I CAN'T wait to manage only, and fooling around with RTTS sometimes.. It's like watching a real game love it!!
Yes I get the "hiccups" as well, took to work and tried on Sony, LG, Panasonic and Samsung and noticed on all of them, but not worried about it since it is just an old build demo.
BTW the clock in centre field is broken..it's always 2:35pm
Thanks devs, looking forward to the release, best of luck with the sales!

Re: MLB 09 The Show Demo Available, Post Impressions Here
One quickie, can kolbe, russell, chris get rid of the bat line that is on all the bats. Usually thats only present on a true two tone bat like an ashe bottom with a black top bat or a maple bat but the one color bats are just that one color. The cheapie bats that are available at walmart for $20 are the one color bats that have the line which is what is in the game. PLease get rid of that. Thats is all, back to more fun! BTW is it to late to fix the pena, navaroo, longoria stance yet? As well as make longoria, howard, and navarro bigger. They are very skinny in the gameComment

While I agree with you that it is a little too present, many one tone bats have the pine tar line on the bat. If not painted on, put on with tape.Comment

Re: MLB 09 The Show Demo Available, Post Impressions Here
I've just been having so much fun with the demo, aside from the issue during pitching and batting, it's a lot better than '08. Shoot, I don't think I can ever go back to '08 now!!! Guess it's time to sell my copy.Comment

Re: MLB 09 The Show Demo Available, Post Impressions Here
Just not clear to me. I know that last year when you saved your game and then loaded it back the sound of the ball hitting the catchers glove would not be there for about 4-5 pitches. I checked this out and it's been fixed.Comment

Re: MLB 09 The Show Demo Available, Post Impressions Here
Ok just wanted to chime in and say I love this game.
As far as the catchers calling the game, even though it looks like they are always calling low (in or out) if you hit the right trigger to "ask" them again. The location shows up and it's not always low. So is there a C sign or motion we are not seeing or noticing?
If this was already brought up I'm sorry but I'm 1 day behind.Joshua:
