If you have a runner on 2B and can break the habbit of pressing L1 everytime you smack a ground ball to the left of the infield, manual baserunning isn't too hard or complicated.

Well, that's my common problem with manual baserunning, lol.
That aside, with Manual baserunning on..***nners still stop halfway to next base on flyballs (you don't have to control EVERY aspect with manual baserunning, the AI still tries to help out).
Its just getting in the habbit of pressing L1 to move runners up. Unlike MLB09, I have noticed something new in MLB10....if you want to advance a runner on 1B to 3B when your batter hits a double off the wall...the AI will move the runner on 1B to 2B, however...if you wait to late to hit L1 (to advance the runner to 3B) and the runner on 1B gets to close to 2B, a new animation will happen causing a severe delay in the runner on 1B making the turn to 3B.
