Manager calls to take a strike. First pitch is thrown tight inside what clearly is a ball but the blind ump calls it a strike. Next pitch, I fly out to center. Flash forward to the end of the game and I get an email from the manager saying I didn't take the first strike.

Considering all the things that need to happen, I guess it's pretty rare. Have only seen it once. Will edit if it happens again.

How often can the bug be reproduced?

Happened only once so far.

Don't know if its true this year but if you check-swing at a pitch, it doesn't count as taking it. Don't know if you did there or not but just throwing it out there. Plus it should beep as having succeeded after you do take an S.

-After five seasons, Top grown up players like Alcides Escobar got released in the late offseason and I was able to sign them 30k per a year.
It is telling that rating and salary have to be readjusted in serious way.
I guess there are too many A players so that each clubs cannot simply obtain them.
How often can the bug be reproduced?
Sim 5-6seasons, then you will know it.

- Marco Scutaro's height is listed at 6"3 in the game, when in reality he is only 5"10.

Hit & Run, when you're RTTS player is on base, is broken and results in the manager putting you on the bench and threatening indefinite bench duties. If the manager calls for a Hit & Run, but the guy at the plate swings & misses, you can count on the manager email warning you about being benched or benching you. This is regardless of if you make it into second anyway, or are thrown out. Because you don't have a green light to steal second, you get yelled at and punished. To avoid this, I've tried ignoring the Hit & Run sign, but that gets me in trouble for not listening and produces the same result of either being warned of being benched or getting benched all together. It's a Catch 22 when you're on first with one out and the manager calls for a Hit & Run.

How often can the bug be reproduced? Every time my RTTS player is on first and the manager calls for a Hit & Run and the guy at the plate swings and misses. No avoiding it.

Game freezes on game exit screen, blue bar never appears, just stays black.

How often can the bug be reproduced?

Every 2-3 games. Once happened in four of five games.

This error seems to come up every year, and eventually get fixed. Why it keeps appearing is beyond me, but it is a DEAL BREAKER. This needs to be a priority in the next patch. I need to know this will be fixed in the next patch. It's really really really frustrating. If it's not in the next patch I am returing the game, and Sega will have lost a customer.

Starting in year 4 and 5 cpu does not offer Arb to Type A FA. Many young star players A ovrl sit in FA.

Career Home run 200 freezes the game. This variation of the bug has been in every RttS game since 2008. As soon as a replay of the 200th career home run is shown, the game freezes.

How often can the bug be reproduced?

Every time career home run 200 is hit. The only way to get past it is to sim the next game and wait for your RttS player to hit career HR 200.

I started a new franchise with TB this weekend, only to encounter freezing in about every other game I played at the Trop. I didn't use the quick menu at all either. Imo, this makes a TB franchise pretty much unplayable.

Exhibition Game (post patch #2)

I was playing as the Orioles and Miguel Tejada threw it over the 1st baseman's head and the ball went into the stands. The problem was the CPU thought the ball was still in play and the runner scored from 1st base on a bad throw to 1st. It should have been a dead ball once the ball went into the stands - runner should have been awarded 2nd base.

Has it happened again?
This was the only time this ever happened to me but it sounds like others on here have had the same problem.

I was pitching as the Red Sox vs. the Angels. The Angels had runners on 1st and 3rd with 1 out and Matsui batting. Matsui hit a rocket of a line drive towards third that the 3rd basemen had to jump for straight up. The ball hit the top of the fielders glove then ricocheted towards the left field stands and landed on a fly in the 2nd row about 1/3 of the way down the line past third base...IT WAS CALLED A 3-RUN HOME RUN!!!! I do believe this would be a ground rule double in the real world.

No and I don't expect it to and consider it a fluke. However, since it happened once that surely means it could happen at least one more time to someone else and it should be addressed.

I hit a line drive right back at the pitcher. The ball bounces off the ground and the pitcher picks it up. This is ruled as a catch, as you can see the ump signal.

At Wrigley field, fly ball down the left field line hit on top of the wall in foul territory and bounced into the stands, clearly a foul ball. Batter credited with home run.

How often can the bug be reproduced?

I don't normally play at Wrigley but I'm guessing every time a ball is hit there.

Just happened again, same thing. A long fly ball foul at Wrigley down the left field line called a home run. Definitely repeatable.

Boston vs. NYY. Mike Lowell hits a flyball at fenway that splits the NYY CF and RF. It rolls to the OF wall as CF and RF give chase. The RF gets stuck at the OF wall, legs running nonstop. CF does not pick up the baseball. Lowell inside the park homerun. Autofielding mode on.

How often can the bug be reproduced?

only saw it once ,dont want to see it again.

Nothing, except it's the bottom of the 9th in a tied game and instead of trying for the play at the plate to keep the game tied, the outfielder throws to the cutoff man.
