I pinch hit for the pitcher late in the game. I pinch hit with another pitcher to lay down a bunt. At the end of the inning, with 2 pitchers warm in the bullpen, the game did not ask me to put a new pitcher in. It put my pinch hitter on the mound, just because he was a pitcher. Then, the game refused to let me put another pitcher in the game until my hitter faced one batter.

I was unable to schedule pitcher (although I don't even know if it would have let me) because I was unsure which pitcher I wanted to use. The computer was leading off the inning with their pitcher and was going to pinch hit.

used to run into this problem when I had Micah Owings on my team. Worse is that I would even warm him up because I knew about the glitch, and then it would make him cold when I put him in anyway. Very frustrating.

Bug: When you get to September 8th, there is some sort of a 'reset' I guess I would call it. All my pitchers are magically at full energy, as well as my batters, and no one is hot or cold.

Reproduced: I would assume every time. Did it last year too I believe on the day where most teams expanded their roster if their minor league team isn't in the playoffs. Both of mine are, so I haven't called mine up yet, not sure if that is relevant or not.

To add to this, on September 9th, everyone's bar was still full, but it was just a graphical error. I checked the bullpen to see how my starter's energy from September 8th was, and it showed full before the game, but wasn't actually full once the game began.

I did a check swing and it went to the umpire for an appeal. The umpire ruled it was a strikeout so the batter walked to the dugout. While showing the dugout animation, it cut to the umpire again and the umpire ruled he didn't go around. It still went on as if the guy struck out so it was no big deal.

My first time seeing this in maybe 50 games I have played so far, so I can't recreate it.

How often can the bug be reproduced? Only seen it once so far.

night games at yankee stadium the coloring in the walkways is just a light grey as well as under the teirs and dugouts their is no detail to them

only at night games at yankee stadium, fine during day games and i havent noticed it at any other ballparks

With a right handed batter hitting and a runner on first, a pitchout is called. But, instead of throwing the ball outside, the ball hits the batter in the back. It happens often but not every time and occurs both for user and cpu controlled teams.

How often can the bug be reproduced?
It doesn't occur every time but happens frequently. Not sure if there is a certain circumstance (count, number of outs, etc.) that triggers it.

With one out and a runner on second base in the ninth inning, I got hit by a pitch. The game froze on me on the cut scene of my batter trotting to first. This is so frustrating as this was one of my better, more interesting games!

Don't know, this is my first ever freeze.

O's Franchise

Jason Bay hit homer number 200 against the O's in NY and the game froze.

I didn't try to recreate it. I simmed the game when I rebooted and played the next game vs. SF

I am playing as a starting pitcher. Once I pitch from the stretch for the first time, the rest of the game the meter goes in slow motion (and my delivery) as if the framerate has dropped - the meter and my delivery look slower than normal. Every other part of the game runs smooth. Strangely, the FIRST pitch out of the stretch for that given game the framerate is extra FAST where I can barely see the meter. Then every pitch after that is slow. The first few pitches are VERY slow and after that it is still slow but better...

Every game I have played since this second patch. It did NOT happen at all before this patch...I did not restart my RTTS btw...let me know if you need the delivery style I chose if that makes a difference...

I just saw the SUPER FAST windup occur on my end; playing as an SP, entered the game in the 4th (starter's butt was on a silver platter), continued to pitch to the 9th. After allowing a runner in the 9th, the delivery of the first pitch to the next batter was super fast. The second pitch of the AB looked normal except the delivery was different.

Might be a good idea to write down which delivery you were using, mine was Kerry Wood's. I have also seen the fast delivery occur with the opposing pitcher while on base.

Edit: Just had it happen again a few games later. 10th inning after allowing a runner with 2 out.

Edit 2: Several games later...entered in 7th, allowed the opening batter on base (hit) but this time the fast one was on the SECOND pitch instead of the first.

Edit 3: Same game and inning from 2 on the next batter, this time on the THIRD pitch of the AB. WHAT THE CROCK?!

The Diamondbacks pitching coach in the game is Mel Stottlemyre Sr. In real life, it is his son, Mel Jr.

When I play in Citi Field and I hit a Home Run to right field where the wall overhangs the field, the game freezes.

How often can the bug be reproduced? I have reproduced this bug on every home run to right field in my franchise. (During 2 perfect games...)

someone PLEASE help me..... i downloaded a roster and made the changes i wanted to make and then use them in a season/franchise. when i start the season/franchise and chose the use 'Saved' roster as my rosters, the game still goes to the default rosters. PLEASE help.. what can i do. thanks...

Let me quickly lay out the situation... top of the 8th inning, game tied 1 - 1. Cardinals are batting with runners on first and third, two outs. Albert Pujols is up, the count is 3 - 0. He doesn't take the pitch, he doesn't go bonkers and swing for the fences... he bunts it. He lays down a bunt on a 3 - 0 count in a tie ball game very late into it with a runner in scoring position. It went right back to my pitcher, who retired him for the third out. Quite unorthodox.


How often can the bug be reproduced?

Probably just random. I'm not really sure why this here happened, though 3 - 0 pitches are rarely taken anyway, be it for a strike or a ball.

After selecting the teams (Reds at Pirates) I selected "Night" from the game/weather menu. However, the game ends up being played during the day, with clear skies.

It can easily be reproduced. However, I did not try it with different visiting teams, just Reds @ Pirates -- at PNC park.

How often can the bug be reproduced?

Every time.
