Re: MLB 11 The Show - "The Little Things"
From the fairly untrustworthy Wikipedia
As a freshman and sophomore, he backed up Heath Shuler at quarterback. Entering his junior season in 1994, he was the back-up to Jerry Colquitt and ahead of Peyton Manning. After Colquitt tore knee ligaments in the season opener at UCLA, Helton took over as the starter. Three weeks later against Mississippi State, he suffered a knee injury himself and was replaced by Manning.Boston Red Sox

Re: MLB 11 The Show - "The Little Things"
DLC Classic Stadiums.
So many little things in here i don't know where to begin.
The attention to detail is staggering.
Polo Grounds.....amazing.
Just played at Griffith Stadium having read about it first.
It was mentioned in the article how the LCF juts in due to houses and a huge tree occupying that area.....and lo and behold in the game this is perfectly replicated.........
Can't wait to try some of the othersComment

Re: MLB 11 The Show - "The Little Things"
In the 13-4 loss to the "The Brew Crew" at Miller Park on a sunny afternoon, Martin Prado of the Braves had to simply catch a regular fly ball. He was looking pretty focused using only one hand for the 3rd out, but he bobbled it. During the replay you could see Prado with an angry look on his face after he failed and when the camera followed him going back to his position he shook his head. I can't remember what the commentators were exactly saying, but one of them made a remark about the sun being very unfavorable for fielders at that time.
I never saw that happening in '10. If that's actually new it's definitely a great addition!Last edited by Bulls321974; 03-19-2011, 12:31 PM.Comment

Re: MLB 11 The Show - "The Little Things"
Sorry if this has been mentioned already but I just saw a batter lose the grip on his bat and have it go flying into the stands on a swinging strike. They did a replay of it and everything, it was awesome.Comment
