RTTS as SP in relief for all three cases (one however could occur in any reg. gameplay mode)

Bug
#1 - I entered as a reliever but entered WHILE my team was batting (but NOT as a PH, the DH was being used). FF to next half-inning where I ACTUALLY enter the game and I am shown entering COLD before throwing my 8 warmup pitches.

#2 - During one of my games as a reliever, Matt talked about my last start (which was incorrect, last outing was in relief).

#3 - Another edition of loss to wrong pitcher this time bassackwards (loss to me instead of previous pitcher). Entered the game in relief with two inherited runners (my team ahead one run so they are the tie & go-ahead runs), first batter singles to score the tying run, next batter hits a 3-R HR which included the inherited go-ahead run. The loss should go to the pitcher that allowed him on base and not me, correct? (#396 mentions a similar situation except the game was tied with two on, I've also seen the loss go to the previous pitcher instead of the current pitcher when the last inherited runner was the TIE run and the new pitcher allows a HR that scores him)

How often?
#1 - any RTTS pitcher entering while HIS team is batting (mine was Sacremento River Cats, AAA of As so the DH was used)

#2 - any time they talk about your last start while in relief

#3 - HR that gives the opp. team the lead with inherited runner representing the go-ahead run

Whats the bug? At the old Sun Life Stadium ballpark in Miami the stadium lights are always turned off during night games. The lighting effect looks as if the lights are turned on, but the lights above the stadium themselves are always off.

What game mode did you experience the bug/glitch in? (Gameplay, RTTS, Franchise, Online, Front End, etc.....) Exhibition, Season & Homerun Derby modes so far that I have noticed (probably all of them though).

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it? The stadium lights at Sun Life Stadium are just always off during night games.

Whats the bug?

Game Freeze in post game screen before making it back to Franchise Home screen. The freeze takes place after you click to exit the game. Generally the screen shows stats of the player of the game or something along those lines with the final box score. When the freeze happens it shows the screen but the loading sign (the baseball in the middle of a diamond) never appears.

I'm the Cubs and it has happened at least one time in every series thus far. After my 4th series I figured I would get it all reported to see if it can be fixed. Not sure if it is triggered by anything in particular.

How often can the bug be reproduced?

In the couple of franchises I have done it has happened about 8-10 times in 25-30 games.

No but I can get one if need be as I am sure it will happen to me again.

I agree with this. This happened to me five times. It is starting to happen more often. I have Patch 1.23 installed and have not seen any solutions yet. Please look into it.

Whats the bug? When batting, right when the pitcher throws the ball, the catcher moves away and positions as if the pitch is a pitch out, and the ball goes pass the plate to the backstop, and then the game just stays like that not continuing for the next pitch, and the game basically like freezes, but I'm still able to press the PS button to quit the game.

When batting, after taking the first pitch for a strike down the middle from a fast ball, on the next pitch, the second pitch, right when the pitcher throws the ball, the catcher moves away and positions as if the pitch is a pitch out, and the ball goes pass the plate to the backstop, and then the game just stays like that not continuing for the next pitch after pressing X, and the game basically like freezes, and after pressing START, the menu doesn't pop up. but I'm still able to press the PS button to quit the game.

This has happened at least 8 or 9 times to me. It's only happened when stealing second as well, not ever any issue on taking third base. This problem is killing me, please give us a fix guys...

During the 5th inning (my team batting), the O's had pitchers warming up in their pen - I attempted to view their pen via the quick menu and the game froze.

Has occured twice but only in DD.

Another thing that may help: I have used downloaded rosters to start my season and have created eight players and placed them in the free agent market, before starting the season. I don't know if that has anything to do with the after game freezing problem but I thought I'd mention it if it helps with solving the problem.

Whats the bug? When playing the playoffs in online leagues, every single playoff game is treated as game 1 of the ALDS in terms of presentation (graphics and commentary).

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it? Play in the playoffs of an online league. Even if you're really playing game 3 of the NLCS, the graphics will all say "ALDS Game One", and all of the commentary will treat it as ALDS Game One. Imagine how much of a let down it was for my opponent who won the World Series against me tonight, only for the commentary to talk about how good it was that his team won ALDS Game 1 on the road to give his team home field advantage in the rest of the series.

Whats the bug? Attendance of playoff games in online leagues is unrealistically low.

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it? In my online league, I played the World Series as the Nationals vs. the Reds. Games 1 & 2 were at Great American Ballpark, and the attendance was horrible for a supposed World Series. The place was maybe half-full at best. It seems that the online league playoffs are lacking the attendance logic that exists in franchise mode. The logic that franchise mode uses to increase the attendance of playoff games needs to be added to the online league playoffs.

Whats the bug? Players ball caps are cut off at the top of their head in their player photo in some of the stadiums on the jumbTrons. Like in Citizens Bank Park for example!

How did it happen or what did you do to trigger it? Can you recreate it? Yes just play in the stadiums with the issue!

At the end of the minor league regular season (this is with 30-team control), the message said "the ORIOLES have secured a 1st-round bye" regarding the AA teams. I checked the bracket and the team that secured the bye was the Tennessee Smokies of the Southern League.

How often?
Any time ANY team (Southern/Texas League only) secures a bye in the postseason, first time seeing.

Edit: Came up again and once again it was the Smokies that locked a bye (message said ORIOLES instead of Smokies)

Edit: Came up a third time except two teams secured byes (Smokies & Travelers, message said ORIOLES & SMOKIES secured byes)

Edit: It's not every time - the Pensacola Wahoos secured a bye and the message appeared properly so it seems to be random.

Postseason games are disappearing from VIEW ORGANIZATION'S/TODAY'S GAMES screen once the next game has played out. They still appear on the schedule screen.

How often?
Probably every time.

Both of these are probably from the latest patch.

Music assigned to the Pensacola Blue Wahoos (Cincy's AA team) doesn't stick. Recreated by assigning something to them, exit the game and reload - return to SoS/edit teams and it will show nothing assigned to the team.

How often?
Every time - happened in '10 as well with Richmond Flying Squirrels (SF's AA team) - didn't check in '11 but it might do it on there with Tucson Padres as well (SD's AAA team), given new team.

Whats the bug? It's not really a bug per se but rather an issue with AI fielding logic. I'm on offense, bases loaded, one out. I hit the ball to the Second Basemen for what would have been an easy double play to end the inning, but he threw home for some reason.
