I hate that the Mets traded away Dickey. I loved batting against him playing with the Braves.

Not sure if the game uses the real 2013 schedule, but the Braves do play the Blue Jays 4 times I think this year so maybe a chance still...

They've always used the real schedule in the past so I don't know why it would be different this year.

Just didn't want to say for sure since I never read anything otherwise. I've learned to not assume on OS as that can lead to disappointment at times.

I have no idea what to do.... I don't want to start a franchise until the OSFM rosters are out and I don't want to jump into playoff mode because I want to savor the intensity when my Pittsburgh Pirates make the playoffs (fingers crossed, hah!) I'll probably play some exhibition games and home run derby

I'm probably gonna edit some stances for a while, then play at least 2 exhibition games with the jays, then check out some other teams, and probably play playoff mode with the jays. Then start my RTTS.

Yeah it was my understanding that Samardzija is probably going to be the starter on opening day. Would not be too surprised to see Garza dealt this year.

then i will start an RTTS to see all the improvements and whatnot.

once OSFM rosters drop, i will make my Kenny Powers RTTS like i always do.

I'll spent the first hour just looking at the new cyberfaces and player models in the game, and play my first game with Tampa Bay Rays @ Baltimore Orioles. Then San Diego Padres @ San Francisco Giants. Just 30 days to go, I can't wait I seriously can't!

Ill probably go check out eaxh teams uniforms. I'll probably will play a couple regular games to see whats new in the presentation area. I'm gonna wait for OSFM rosters then start a franchise with the brewers.

I don't want to do the playoff mode cuz I want to see all that stuff when I make it there in franchise.

I probably will start my franchise right away, personally osfm rosters tend to overrate some players and then change stances around that aren't that bad and make them worse

Its not the MLB players that I really care about for OSFM, its having the minor league players. Even having the names and basic ratings would be good enough for me frankly as I'm not a hardcore franchise player. I tend to like to use the fantasy draft often. It makes the most difference in RTTS I feel since you play so many games in the minors, plus by the time you make it to the majors some of those prospects have also made it.

For MLB players I either edit them myself after OSFM comes out or I wait for a more accurate roster that used the OSFM as the base.

So when March 5th rolls around and you open your brand new copy of MLB 13 The Show what are you planning on playing first? I am going to jump right into playoff mode and copy last years playoffs with my Atlanta Braves in the first ever Wildcard Playoff Game, hopefully winning this time. I'll continue playing until the first decent roster set is released.

Bold decision.. but beware, I hear they implemented a new infield fly rule effect that prevents the Braves from winning the Wild Care.

I guess I'm the only one who gets the Platinum Trophy while I wait for the Full Minors roster to release. Play a little bit of everything, see if the new features are cool.
