This is where my disappointment is most prevalent. They have the black hat with gold rings, but at the same time took out the gold hat with black rings. I though they would have just left it in.

As for the pinstriped jersey, I thought I saw something on them. Maybe they are just yellow pinstripes without the black boarder. I was really hoping they would have put the black jersey in instead of the pinstripes, but I think this will be fixed with more uniform slots.

Re: MLB 13: The Show Uniform Table

I got this message from HustlinOwl, who got this message from a Show Nation member:

      Husslin',
Can I ask a favor? There is a guy over on OS named Doran (Blue Jays Icon; does the uniform table) and I thought he was here. I don't do OS, and I cannot find him here, even though I thought he was a member.
Can you relay a message in his "Uniform Table" thread? They say that the Mets "alt" uni is in the reveal trailer, and it was taken out. I believe that is wrong...the uni shown in the reveal trailer is for the Midland Rockhounds. They are AA for the Oakland Athletics.
If you could PM Doran, or even just throw a post up in their thread about that. The Road to the Show Trailer has extensive use of the Midland Rockhounds, which is why I think that 1/2 second of them made it into the separate reveal trailer.
I really don't think the Mets "NEW YORK" blue alt was ever in (with gray lettering)...I really think that quick shot is of the Rockhounds and I'd like to let Doran know.
So that was never a Mets jersey to begin with.

Also, if that unnamed Show Nation is watching, I'm not on there. I think I had an account back around 2008, but it doesn't have more than five posts on it.

SCEA also messed up on the 1993 Marlins road cap. In previous years they had it correct with the Teal cap and black bill but in 13 its all teal which is wrong.

I also like those 1973 "Bang The Drum Slowly" Yankees road uniforms over the current set.

As to answer the Blue Jays wrong color blue, SCEA seems to keep the colors darker than what the uniform really is and 2k keeps the uniform way to bright and off color (blue, red, and black uniforms). 2k needs to be darker while SCEA needs to be lighter.

[QUOTE=Doran;2044758512]The Braves already have two alternate jerseys in the game. They can't fit a third.

i would of rather them replace the Braves red jersey with the throwback alternate, they were those jerseys more than the red one

According to Knight, I don't think SCEA gets to make that call.

Looks like the Indians R-Throwback jersey doesn't come with red pants.

SCEA also messed up on the 88 Orioles Throwbacks. They look fine and the batting helmets are correct but they are missing the names on the back of the uniforms

Also the 1978 Padres Throwbacks are missing the names on the back of the jerseys as well.

It was in the NewEra catalogue (link) but nobody seemed to notice it.
This hat that I mentioned earlier isn't in The Show. I guess the Dodgers added it late.

Also, I want to open this up to everyone. How would everyone feel if I separated home and road options on the table, so they're more distinct? It would look something like this.

                  Thoughts?

It's more pleasing on the eyes.

Love the jersey table. But just to add:

I believe the Cardinals road alternates should be r-alternate cap, r-alternate jersey, & r-alternate pants; so they can have navy blue helmets since the helmets match the jerseys.

Also, the Mets wear everything at random.

& to have an opinion about the blue jerseys not being in the game, I'm disappointed. I was hoping to use at least one of them. Luckily, I'm one of those guys that like the black jerseys (*waiting for angry mob*).

He's right. This way the belt will be blue as well.

The Mets Home Blue Alternate jersey made it into the game as well. It's in the style guide.

Ooh, good point about the Cards. I'll change that when I'm not on my iPod.

I can't help your opinion about the Mets' black jerseys. That's just a disorder and you should see a doctor.

But seriously, I was pretty sure they wore the pinstripes at night and the whites during the day, though? And then threw in the other alternates at random.
