IMO lose Hochevar tho. Still room to grow. And get a 3B then shuffle over the infield.
I really dig the balance. Great jobI play MLB exclusively with my cousin. Usually looking for info on Franchises. We played minor league baseball as 9-10 YOs on the Zephyrs.Comment

What you can do on draft one is change Machado's position to second and trade Luke the puke for a decent third basemen.

Re: Fantasy Draft Results Thread
Thanks! I actually went with #1 before I saw any responses in here but I'm glad everyone thinks that is a good choice. I did move Arrieta though to get Mike Minor as I wanted a lefty and yeah I'll probably move Hochevar for someone younger with potential.Comment

Re: Fantasy Draft Results Thread
That sounds like a good plan actually. Bill Hall/Ryan Roberts was going to be a liability at second but doing this could work pretty well.Comment

Ok here is my team. This isn't my team that I will use in a franchise. I will probably play a few games with them. Ever year I do a fantasy draft and after I do a ton of unrealistic unfair trades trying to abuse the system and see how stacked of a team I can get. I never use force trades. Without further adieu, here is my team.
C- Buster Posey
1B- Joey Votto
2B- Robinson Cano
3B- Miguel Cabrera
SS- Troy Tulowitzki
OF- Matt Kemp
OF- Mike Trout
OF- Andrew McCutchen
DH- Ryan Braun
Bench:
SS- Jose Reyes
1B- Allen Craig
OF- Jacoby Ellsbury
C- Francisco Cervelli
P- King Felix
P- David Price
P- Mat Latos
P- Gio Gonzalez
P- Johnny Cueto
Bullpen:
LRP- Kyle Lohse
MRP- Aaron Crow
MRP- Matt Thornton
MRP- Dale Thayer
SU- Antonio Bastardo
SU- Steve Cishek
CP- Kenley Jansen
What do you think? I have ten 99s and 18 players at least 90 overall. It took about 75 trades. I'm serious I counted.

Haha. I just love messing around sometimes. Thanks to Yankees for apparently being in rebuilding mode in game because I got Felix from them and Longoria, who I later traded for miggy. I chose the mariners because I like their stadium and unis. I ended up with 230 million dollars in payroll. That's 180 million over budget. Haha

Re: Fantasy Draft Results Thread
I chose my hometown team the Washington Nationals.
Pick #- 5 in the first round
C- Yasmani Grandal
1B- Ike Davis
2B- Neil Walker
3B- Chris Davis
SS- Zach Cosart
OF- Melky Cabrera
OF- Adam Jones
OF- Bryce Harper
P- Clayton Kershaw
P- Gio Gonzalez
P- Matt Harvey
P- Jamie Garcia
P- Ricky Romero
CP- Addison Reed
SU- Drew Storen
SU- Jonathan Broxton
MR- Bobby Parnell
MR- Nick Vincent
MR- Andrew Cashner
LR- Michael Fiers
Any Prospects-
Shelby Miller
about 5 top 50s
Trades:
I traded Jon Jay(80 Overall), Top 50 2B(74 Overall), and a Top 50 SP(71 Overall) for Melky Cabrera(84 Overall), Neil Walker(81 Overall), and a Top 50 SP (67 Overall)
I like my team so far, besides the defense, I know I'm lacking in that lol.
I'm an absolute monster with Kershaw, so far through 3 starts, I've had 2 complete game shutouts and 1 game in which he went 7 1/3 innings, 1 ER, and 11 S/O. In both shutouts he had 9 S/O
Bryce drops lower than I expected, was able to snag him in the 4th round
