I don't understand how anyone can play video games when their kids are in the room or even awake. I have two boys, 3 and 7 months and when they are awake and I am home from work, there is no TV, no video games, just them, my wife, and me. It means I play maybe a single game of The Show a night while my wife watches her shows before sleep, but I'd rather build blocks or work on letter recognition than play a video game in their presence.

I don't play when he is awake. I only play when he and my wife at both sleeping. He and I play on the floor and build blocks and all kinds of fun things. His favorite thing is to go play with his basketball hoop so we play a lot of hoops. Never play while be is up. My wife is an early bird and goes to bed shortly after my son except when Greys Anatomy is on. But while they are up we do lots of family things and have a great time doing it which is why this is going to take many years and I'm ok with it!

I say let mike play the game the way he wants to play it. It's his $60 and it's none of our business how he plays the game. If there are any issues with him playing too much, that is between mike and his family to deal with.

Golly dang, and I thought I was nuts for venturing the thought of playing one team from each league for 162 games in the same season

Seriously, to each their own. Enjoy the game. I really do. I have grown to love baseball more than any other sports game, and I don't play the shooters or anything, so I am not sure how much I will play, but I might take a couple of years and try and squeeze 2 teams worth in. I just had a little guy myself, so I am restricted to one game a night after everyone goes to bed too. Have fun

I'd like to think I'm a good father and husband. I only play two games. The Show and Tiger Woods. Love baseball and golf although I'm a high school basketball coach. Go figure. So I thought why waste money each year on a game each year and I've always wanted to try this and I also have never been the top ranked golfer on Tiger so I'm just going to alternate those games until its time to buy my son a video game system.

Good luck, I'm waiting for OSFM to drop, then I will be making my attempt. Though instead if being home each game, I flip a coin, heads I'm road, tails, I'm home. Again good luck and enjoy!!

I like being on the road sometimes, like when I get the Sox or yanks and go on the road and pound the home team lol

Just got a brand new 500 gig for Christmas. I'm sure this won't kill it. I had a 60 gig for years and had played tons of the show, NCAA, and Tiger Woods on it. So. I'm sure this won't kill it. I'm more worried about the disc holding up!
