Yes, seems that way. Would be nice if they do fix it. I hope they don't wait too long. I'll be 72 next year.

Re: 30 Team Control & Automatic Lineups

Im playing 30 team control. I have 2 profiles - one for my team, another for the other 29. For the other 29 teams I have everything set to AUTO except for lineups/rotations. I do this because I like to to set the lineups for the other 29 teams.

However, whenever I am playing a computer team with the other profile, I'll set the computers lineup yet it still changes the lineup of the computer team from what what its set at in the lineup menu in franchise?

And its not just taking out fatigued guys - some guys that should be in the starting lineup are at full energy and still begin the game on the bench.

Any thoughts as to why? Is there a work around so that the lineups I set in the franchise menu will be the lineup the computer team uses when I playa against it?

      Any thoughts as to

Did you make the change and save franchise before starting the game?

I made the changes and then just went and started the game...

So if I make the lineup changes, save franchise and then start the game that will eliminate the computer changing their own lineup?

I think you have to save it first and then play the game. Yes, that should prevent the CPU from changing lineup if you have it set to Manual.

Question for everyone. I don't use 30 team control as I like to have the CPU do whatever it pleases. However, I do like to start out the season with the correct injuries. Using Hustlin's 25 man roster file, he puts everyone in class A with injuries. I went through and injured everyone manually as they are and then put injuries back to auto for the rest of the year. My question is, when they are off the DL, does the CPU just leave them in class A or bring them back to the MLB level. The Yankees are a perfect example of a team with a bunch of their starters injured. Does the CPU bring them up after the their time on the DL? Thanks.

they are already in class A as I am just doing opening day 25 man roster. With my franchise file I put injured players on 40 man injured and at MLB level

Re: 30 Team Control & Automatic Lineups

                    I've run into a problem.

30 team control, with 2 profiles (1 - All Manual...I've been using with the Marlins - then 2 - CPU, AUTO for everything except line-ups).

Now, I'm a couple months in and in the user settings menu, it will not allow me to have 2 separate profiles. It's the same 1 for every team because the only way to change and keep the profile is by using the *SET DEFAULT* tab.

Any ideas on how to actually keep 2 different profile sets in place?

Make sure those other teams have manual lineup profiles....and if you have two controllers set both pre-game and then switch the other team to CPU once the game starts.....once teams start to have players playing poorly...it tends to use the coaches decisions(like you see for your team) and accept them.

This is odd. Set to Default doesn't really do anything except instruct the franchise to use certain profile settings.
Try creating a profile and using the associations tab to assign it.

Okay, I think I misinterpreted the settings. Everything's fine in the associations tab (only MIA is listed on the one profile, everyone else is on the CPU profile)...was confused by the menu before that where it seemed like every team was using the CPU profile.

                        Thanks.
