Field of Dreams is a fictional 16 team league. We built up a history of the league (100 years) and then took over our teams. We require article writing, voting in Statslab (Once that gets put up for OOTP12) and regular exports. We have a reward system that will need to be changed a little because of financials being different in OOTP12 to 11 but we will figure that out.
