OH NO I laughed too soon....Scott Rolen just strained his groin diving for a ball at third, out up to six weeks! It doesn't help I'm in last place

Indeed. And also don't ever dive near the dugout walls. I learned all this the hard way. I think at one point of the season my entire Cubs starting infield was out.
Some guys get better without going on the DL - like Lee who injured his back juping for a high throw and was out for a week. Cool thing is he now seems prone to back injuries and had to sit another game later on after back spasms.
Then I have Gonzalez who freaking has had a blister for two months. I finally put him on the 15day DL when he wouldn't get better and now he is off and PH's but still has the dam blister. I don't know what gives - I think he just wants to get traded since I replaced him with Cintron.
Ramirez blew out a shoulder on a head first slide and is down for 60+ and Walker sprained something diving for a ball. At one point though all of them where out and the Cubs where in a bad slide.
So yeah, I would say I have seen my fair share of injuries and even a few from the CPU.

that is one thing everyone who plays this game learns the hard way, I lost Chris Singleton twice in my franchise doing this, one time for day to day, next for 3 weeks, then when he got back from that last one he broke a finger stealing 2B, on the DL again lmao
I also made a trade to acquire Alfonso Soriano because I needed a big bat in my lineup, things were going good then a week into the year tears his ACL and is done for the season
Favorite Teams:
NCAA- University of Illinois Fighting Illini
NFL- Cleveland Browns
MLB- St. Louis Cardinals
NBA- Boston Celtics
NHL- Chicago Blackhawks
