    Re: HOW\'S YOUR OFFENSE IN MANAGE MODE?!?

    Phillies;

    10-4...I do use one franchise with edits....one stock franchise and one franchise that I use the edits and completely edited the minor league to have every player in the NL a real player. I also play one expansion franchise. So far the one I use the most...and have the most fun with is the updated roster w/edits. Guys take the extra base...tag up more etc.... It's still not perfect..but I'm loving it.

      Knight165, Have you done anything with the catchers, accuracy or arm strength ,or both?

      I would like to see some better success in stolen base ratios. So far ,I lowered the accuracy and the arm strength of each catcher, and have had seemingly a little better luck. Would like your input, (or anyones) Thanks.

      btw, I'm referring to manage only.

            Re: HOW\'S YOUR OFFENSE IN MANAGE MODE?!?

            Rumor;
            I'm still trying to find the best mix. I have upped some player speed ratings(some were just way to low) and with catchers like Piazza...I lowered the arm strength a little AND the accuracy(I see more wild throws to second that let the base stealer get the base)

            Funny, but this is one game I don't mind "tinkering" with....even though the editor is a chore to use. With the other baseball games...it seems as though when you edit a player...you know EXACTLY what that player is going to do that season...there is more of a "fog" with ASB...you have to go with the hot hand. I had Matsui batting under .200 30 games into the season. I sat him for a week using McEwing, Delgado and Gutierrez....I don't know if it was just his turn to get hot...but he's up to .230 now. Reyes on the other hand was batting close to .400...but has gone stone cold. Look like it's PINE TIME for Reyes.

            Keep up the talk on what you guys are doing as your season progresses. It can only help make the future games better(I'm pretty sure Acclaim listens to it's consumers) Thanks for the feedback.
