after hearing about the delay I bought mlb the show. tired of waiting. But might sell it when mlb 2k6 comes out for xbox 360. Still sad to hear about the delay.

I'm more than happy to hear about this delay. This means more time for me to play The Show before possibly a switch over (or maybe none at all, I don't know) to play both games. Also, IF it means anything for the development team, they have more time.

I don't really care about the delay of the game, except for a few things:

-- if the game comes out on 4/10 but still has January rosters I'm going to be upset.

-- if there are any glaring bugs as with last year's release.

Other than that, whatever. I've gotten a reasonable baseball fix from NCAA and for all I know EA put out the better game anyway. I'll wait patiently, but I'm tired of automatically giving my money to 2k when they release consistently inferior titles.

At Gamestop, it is still listed as Apr 24. Updayed rosters is a MUST, ok 2K?

Don't hold your breath! Just look at the WSE that was released in the fall, the roster update was up to the trade deadline and the game came out in October.

Walmart has changed their release date from 3/22 to 3/20.
It would be nice to get some kind of official confirmation.

Keep in mind they did move the college hoops 360 date a week up after delaying it the final time.

i will be STEAMED OUT OF MY MIND if, after all these delays and not even being able to play a baseball game by Opening Day, that the rosters are not up to date. Simple as that to me. But if they have more accurate rosters and bug fixes, from the original release date, im fine by the delay.

But April 24th is still making me pretty mad if thats the release date for XBOx and i read this thread correctly. 22 days after Opening Day is un-heard of. But if its for a good cause that 2k hasnt spoken about, Im all for it
