Here is an idea I have for a potential mode that would not be very hard to add, and would add plenty or realism in the game.
In Manager mode, you are given the role as a "god" like figure. You can play in Double A, Triple A, and the pros. I think a optional feature would be having to work your way up. In this mode, you have been just hired to manage a Double A team, and it is your job to get these guys into the Triple A. After a season, you may be offfered to coach in the Triple A, and then later on in your career, you could potentially become a Big league coach!?
Instead of having this "god" like format, I think adding realism would make the game a little more fun. Instead of having to start at the very top. (Such as being able to play as the Phillies in your first year)
