I'll start.
-Being able to negotiate contracts and hit free agency.
-Being able to be traded randomly (obviously wouldn't happen all that often..)
-Ability to be drafted (optional- there should also be an option to be put on your team of choice.)
-Ability to choose what kind of player you would like to be- a speedster, power hitter, etc (CONFIRMED FOR BEING IN 2K12)
-More 'out of the game' interaction.
-Spring Training camp
-Not having the ability to ENTIRELY CHANGE your character at will (you should be stuck with name, number, and appearance.)
