need help
i been using sfgiants sliders and everything was going good for the first 3-4 years but the **** hits the fan the deeper you go. What happens is the hitting gets unstoppable and the pitching is horrible. Even though the pitchers are rated way higher than the batters the hitters always seem to get a hit. I adjusted the ai sliders everyway possible and no matter what the red sox bat .340 every year and the worst team bats .277. I just dont think in the history of the game will we ever see a team bat .340. So any suggestions as to how to rectify this situation would be great.
my franchise progression sliders are....
Hitter Progression Rate: 25
Pitcher Progression Rate: 25
Hitter Regression Rate: 20
Pitcher Regression Rate: 45
I noticed with these that since in the draft all the hitters are rated 8-9 points lower than pitchers that pitchers seem to be rated 90s while the best hitters are 87. Basically how would i go about playing deep in franchise mode to keep the game realistic? what do you guys do who have went deep in franchise mode and get unrealistic numbers? someone please help. All i could ever ask for is a realistic franchise mode experience.
