Re: What is your USER contact setting?
well, i play on mvp. i noticed that the ball to strike ratio is like 3-1. it is very difficult to have patience when there are not many balls to hit at all. i try and force the cpu to throw a strike by waiting...waiting....waiting... and sometimes it never comes resulting in a walk or me hacking away because the game will be over an hour and a half long.Comment

Re: What is your USER contact setting?
Higher contact just makes it easier to hit you can hold the thumb stick up and to the right on a pitch low and away and still hit it.
Imagine that there is a squareon the end of the bat the higher the contact the bigger the square and vice versa.
By lowering the slider only the players with the higher contacts will have a bigger square resulting in more realistic homeruns and hits as well as strikeouts.
I play on pro level not because it is easy but because it has less of a boost on the player ratings. on pro there is a 50% boost. add +25 the higher you go up.
I have my user contact and power at -37
I have the cpu contact and power at -25 or -13
I also hae the user foul balls at +37 and the cpu at +25 this helps with people who always hold up on the thumbstick so now if you don't aim the thumbstick where the ball is you will pop it up of it will just go foul.
I also have pitch speed at +24GamerTag: (Xbox360: LOL GoRiLLA)Comment

I guess since the pitch speed is increased, it changes some aspects of hitting in the game.Comment
