Brandon Wood is tearing up the AFL. He's already got 9 homers. He blasted 4 in one game. Fellow Halo top prospects Howie Kendrick and Kenny Morales are also looking good.

Other players that have caught my eye are Billy Butler, Jeff Clement, Ian Stewart, Eric Duncan, Stepeh Drew, Lance Broadway, Daric Barton, and Lance Milledge.

But you shouldn't put too much stock in hitters in the AFL because the pitching is extremely weak. Teams rarely send over their top arms in order to cut down their work load.

I remember Ken Harvey was on fire in 97 and he's become a AAAA player.
