I'll have to mess with this some more today, but I think there may be a small problem in the XBox version when you "quit and save game". Everytime I did that yesterday, when I went and started the game back up again, some of the settings were changed. For instance, the game would start up with the cpu playing both teams, and I would have to go into the controllers menu and switch it back over to me. Also, I seemed to notice some other things that would need to be changed as well (e.g., the generated pitch count thing, mode of batting, etc.) Didn't take me more than 10 seconds to fix, but I'm wondering if this is what the original poster is talking about as well. I'll have to experiment with it some more today.
