I've experience none of the problems batzilla has listed.

Bat...you really need to give the game time. You can't possibly have given it a fair chance since it only came out Friday. There are a lot of adjustments you can make which should make things easier.

I'm not a hard core gamer. I just play for fun. So far I am enjoying ASB. It gives me a challenge (unlike HH for the PC in years past, which I could beat easily although I could never figure out why, since I'm not really a very good video game player), yet still has the "fun" factor.

This is a keeper for me. I"ll probably get WSB for x-box also, because of the extensive throwback unis. I also like the way WSB will have the throwback unis being baggy, and the way they will have old time cars in the parking lots, etc. on the classic stadiums.

I love the title of this thread...and I find it comical the main complaint I had about this game (the hitting) is still a big problem...

It's not a problem if you work at it arenas! Some guys want to come out and master the game the first day they get it.

It's not a problem if you work at it arenas! Some guys want to come out and master the game the first day they get it.

I agree with SoMiss, you gotta give the game more time before you make a judgment. I got frustrated my first few games but now I am learning how to play the game and enjoying it much more.

'eh, i've played about 4 games and this game blows me away. i really love it. i was planning on taking it back for HH on Xbox, but i dont know if that's going to happen now.

If you think about it:

Each game takes 45-60 minutes to complete.
25 games=25 hours
Game came out thursday. So from Thursday to saturday he played 25 hours of baseball out of only 72 hours.

Seems fishy.
Anyway, if he actually played 25 games then that should of been way enough time to learn about hitting.
I've played 10 games and I have it down.
