The review is really good, although Its odd that two different reviews selected different franchise modes as being the best.. OXM said MVP..and IGN says WSB2k3...so it will be interesting to see which one is better when they are released..You can put it on the BOARDDD!!!!

''High Heat was one a fantastic game, but it really hasn't changed enough over the past few years. If this is the great graphics overhall 3DO plans to use for the next three versions of the game, then High Heat will suffer greatly for its lack of visual pop. At some point you have to say, "catch up with everyone else already!"
But, while the visuals and sound are inferior to some of the other baseball titles this year, High Heat still offers the most realistic representation of baseball. The balls, strikes, broken bats, and wild pitches are in balance with real baseball. But the game also feels a step behind every other baseball game out this year.''

Here's the question: Will this positive review create more sales of WSB or produce more WSB fanboys?
That said, I still am looking very much forward to the game and am fairly confident that it will turn out to be the most complete baseball title this year. You can question IGN's reviews, but they aren't alone in crowning WSB the king of this year's crop...the few comparitive reviews that have been released also have rated WSB the highest.Comment
