Yesterday I discovered the Managers recommendations for trades(manager screen -> R Trigger)... Even though they are NEVER excepted(he always wants Nomar or Giambi), its cool to see the other offers he wants to get done.
Also, my scout found a foreign pitcher that was 21 and HIGHLY rated. I am the Tigers so he did not want to sign with me and went to the DAMN YANKEES!
Even though that pissed me off, it was still a great thing to draw you into the franchise mode.
There are small issues with the game, but its better than MVP imo. Which is collecting dust.
MVP is very well done, but not enough Ks and too many singles. I guess I lean a little more toward the sim aspect then arcade. I do REALLY like the throwing meter. Adds a HUGE dimension to the game. Hope WSB incorporates it next year.
