asb- post players that need some signifigant rating changes....

since the asb roster updates don't have rating changes in accordance to the 2003 season, i say we make some rating changes of our own you don't need exact changes, just a general idea of what should be changed....

since all i really know is about the mets i'll of course need help from everyone else for the other players.

roger cedeno- needs to decrease, especially in defense
piazza- a little decrease (even though it's random, his health rating should go down too)
ty wigginton- should go up a bit
mo vaughn-down, esp. health
also gream lloyd shouldn't be a b-
that's all i could think of
