The AL east won't be fun because Steinbrenner will go get Benitez, Dotel, Matt Williams, and Gabe white to provide "short relief". Plus the Red Sox can't keep up this hot streak with a horrid starting rotation.

Don't expect the Red Sox starting pitching to be this bad either, after all they had the best or 2nd best ERA's for starters last year, not to mention Pedro is coming back Wed. and Lowe is returning to his form of 2002. With the Jays offense they will be in every game, so this will be a 3 team race until the end.

      AL East

On a personal note I think the Jays will have to acquire a frontline starter (a veteran but who can be had for cheap) if they want to stay in the race come July and August.

Is Chuck Finley still available? If so I wonder why no one has picked him up. I know he's ancient but he pitched well last yr.
