man i need a break from these injuries!
but hey i wouldn't trade them for the world.
it makes for fun to have minor leaguers to bring up and still hang in the race.
last season of WSB i walked away with crown with Astros.
this season having tough time staying over .500( bad bullpen)

Classic Mike Lowell injury - I (Cubbies) was batting in the bottom of the 5th and struck out to end the inning. As the first batter for the Yankees came up in the top of the 6th, the injury screen flashed with Mike Lowell being out for 60 days with a broken collarbone! He must have cruisin out to his position and tripped over third base!

      Geesh...

Oh, I'm sure... time off helps with injuries and player loyalty.

I had just traded and got Randy Johnson and when I got him he was still tired. He was due to pitch like 2 games later, I skipped him and went on to use the next pitcher (Prior), and he's been an ace all year long, however in this early start, he got rocked in the later innings when he "normally" goes into cruise control. So NOT giving time off or adequate time off will hurt you, on several levels, not just in terms of injuries.

I just recently restarted my franchise because last one had over 10 injuries at the end of season and everyone was being placed on the DL nearly daily. This time I hope to limit injuries. It's basically like an experiment I guess.

hey mr october, how much do you rest your players anyway?
my manager rests mine about 22% of the time.
for my outfield, i have 4 guys rated 83 or better and one 75 who is batting .365 this season. i rotate the last one about 12% of the time and one is my back-up 3rd baseman. and i use him in the OF a bit also. i change him manually though when i feel like it in the pre-screen.
