    Re: The all Disappointment Team

I don't like the pick of Gil for the most disapointing Catcher.

My votes go for Michael Barrett and Toby Hall.

Jeff Cirillo really cannot be there, because the person who started the thread did say people who had a good year last year but havent gotten it going this year.

Cirillo sucked last year, and he sucks this year.

True, but Cirillo was always a solid hitter and fielder with consistently good numbers in Milwaukee and Colorado. Last year appeared to be an abberation. I think he's a disappointment because he hasn't bounced back this year, like most people thought he would.

Not sure what was really expected of Toby Hall this year. I know Gil was highly regarded as a .260-type hitter with decent pop and hasn't hit for much power this year and his OPS is low. Michael Barrett is a good candidate.

No way Ray Durham deserves to be on the list, his rbis and hrs are down, but his average is good and he's been a perfect leadoff hitter, getting on base almost 40% of the time, which is what the Giants wanted most out of him. That and he's only missed 15 games after an ankle injury that looked like it could cost him a month and a half. But Edgardo Alfonzo could easily go on the list. Same with the worst player on my fantasy team... Adam Dunn
