        How come it's always the Cubs and Red Sox being "cursed" or what not? Havent the White Sox not won a World Series since like 1912?

                    That's cuz the ChiSox are known for the Black Sox Scandal. That's not neccesarily a curse but an event that changed the franchise forever.

                                As someone said above, it's both Sox teams that are cursed. The Cubs have always just sucked. Therefore, I'd be inclined to choose the Cubs in the series. Unless Babe Ruth decides to end the curse and resurrects himself to pitch in the Sox bullpen. They can use any help they can get.

                                    As someone said above, it's both Sox teams that are cursed. The Cubs have always just sucked. Therefore, I'd be inclined to choose the Cubs in the series. Unless Babe Ruth decides to end the curse and resurrects himself to pitch in the Sox bullpen. They can use any help they can get.

                                            It would get to the to 7th game and into the 15th inning and then Selig would call the game a tie because he has to wake up early the next morning to get to the airport for his vacation.
