      Way to be optimistic.

            I just don't understand baseball.
First the Yankees start their regular season last week in Japan. Then they come home to finish their spring training schedule. Next, the Red Sox open up against the O's on a Sunday while everyone else is finishing their spring training schedule. Then, on "Opening Day", only 18 teams are playing.

Let's get this right. One official opening day....that's it. Every team plays on the that official opening day. It's not hard Bud. Don't start a week early in Japan, then play 4 more spring training games. Don't have two teams start one day, while the rest of the league is finishing it's spring training schedule. Let's make the term "Opening Day" mean something.

You mean 7-0. Halladay just got lit up for a 3run HR.

Yeah, I just noticed that. Doesn't this mean that the Tigers scored more runs today than in all 119 losses combined last year?
