Ok , so you've noticed it too ...
I mean the guy was a helluva player ...but he just can't manage ...
Like tonite ( wednesday against the Phillies ) bottom of the 7th inning , bases loaded 2 outs , Cormier pitching for the Phillies ...he let's Endy chavez hit ( a lefty ...and a poor one too ) to face the lefty Cormier ...while sitting on the bench is Juan Rivera ( who he has not played yet since his 2 HR's game against the White Sox 3 days ago ) and Carl Everett ( wich he later used with 1 out and no one on in the bottom of the 9th ) .
Could it be possible that Major League Baseball , actually wants the Expos to lose as much games as possible , to make the move out of Montreal as easy as possible ?

Carlos Tosca is the worst when it comes to Bullpen management tho he's gotten a little better at it this year.

I also remember another bad Expos manager Tom Runnels. He brought a boot camp atmosphere to the club and while it was successful for a while the players eventually turned against him. I was shocked the other day when there was a story on SC (canadian version) about some pitcher named Francis who's in the Rockies system and lo and behold Runnels is the AA manager!

Jimy Williams, if he doesn't use at least 4 pitchers a night its a miracle.

ART HOWE... I mean c'mon.. tonight, Sean Casey was 4-4, Griffey w/ an o'fer... in the 12th inning the Cincy batter gets a double.. next up -Casey.. now w/ first base open, he decides to pitch to a hot hitter (ps- he's hitting .360) &amp; not Griffey (.259).. Guess what happens?? Casey hits the GW 2-run HR... Howe.. no wonder why Oakland gave up on you so quickly.. it's not the first time this year you have made a bonehead decision..
